I authorize Independence Light & Power, Telecommunications to withdraw my payment(s) each month from the checking/savings account shown on my attached voided check.
I understand that I may discontinue this payment service at any time by notifying Independence Light & Power, Telecommunications at least five business days prior to the due date of my utility bill.
If, at any time, my banking information changes, I will notify Independence Light & Power, Telecommunications in writing with a new voided/scanned check at least five business days prior to the due date.
If I do not have sufficient funds in my account on the due date of as bill, I understand that the utility’s current insufficient funds fee will be added to my account.
