We have several convenient methods for you to pay your utility bill.
Pay in Person
We accept cash, check and money orders as well as credit and debit cards at our office located at 700 7th Ave NE during our normal business hours (7am-4pm Monday-Friday). After business hours, payments can be dropped off in the night deposit box located just past the drive-up window. Please include your payment stub and write your account number on the check, money order or envelope that contains your payment. Pay Online, Mobile Device or by Telephone

Register your account through our customer portal MyAccount and enable online viewing and payment options.
Login to MyAccount for account information and payment options available to you 24-hours a day. Pay by Visa, Mastercard or Discover.
Sign-up for e-Bill notifications. An email message will be sent instead of a mailed paper bill. Your e-Bill message will contain links to allow you to view your bill and make payments online.
You may also pay your bill by using your debit or credit card by calling 877-885-7968. Our third party provider, Payment Service Network, is available whenever you are ready, 24-hours a day; just follow the phone prompts to process your payment. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Automatic Payment (AutoPay)
Payments can also be made by automatic withdrawal from your checking or savings account. To use this method, call our office at (319) 332-0100 or complete the online registration form.
Some advantages to using direct automatic payment are:

- No postage costs
- Transfers funds safely, securely and directly from your account
When enrolled in this convenient service, you will continue to receive a statement each month detailing the amount to be debited from your savings or checking account on the due date.

Late Payment Info
The bills are due on the 27th of each month. If the due date falls on a weekend or holiday, a late fee will not be applied to your bill if payment is received by close of business the following working day.
