Currently, charges for cable, internet, phone, garbage and EIF are prebilled on your monthly statement. For example, your December statement includes charges for electric, water, sewer and stormwater from 11/01/25 to 12/01/25, as well as cable, internet, phone, garbage and EIF from 12/01/25 to 1/01/26.
To streamline the billing process and align usage periods, since charges for cable, internet, phone, garbage and EIF from 12/01/25 to 1/01/26 have already been billed, there will be no charges for these services on your January statement. As electric, water, sewer and stormwater have not been billed yet for that period, those charges will appear on your January statement.
All services will be included on your February statement for the period from 1/01/26 to 2/01/26.
Please note that telecom-only accounts may not receive a bill in January.
