Indytel.com webmail to end May 1, 2025
ILPT will disable @indytel.com webmail service May 1st, 2025. All users will need to migrate to a different email service before this date.
ILPT contracts with a vendor to provide the lndytel webmail platform and host the service. Due to security, reliability, and compatibility concerns with the current email platform, ILPT is eliminating email service.
On May 1st, 2025, customers will lose all access to lndytel email accounts and all stored messages.
We are communicating this now to give customers sufficient time to select and migrate to a new email service.
At this point in the process, users should create a new email address to use, set up autoreply and forwarding on your lndytel email and begin the process of transferring your old emails and contacts.
This is also a great time to begin to notify critical contacts and change your online account logins.
